Maestro Ventures Ltd.

(MAP-TSXV)

Maestro is a mineral exploration

company with properties in Nevada and

Utah. The company recently added

considerable strength to its

management team, signaling that the

company is about to re-awaken from a

long period of dormancy. At this time,

plans are unknown, but it is a good

speculation that the rejuvenated

management team are looking for

something big.

Ann Carpenter, who just joined the

board of directors, is a geologist with

over 25 years of experience. Ann has

extensive experience with precious

metal deposits in Nevada and Utah. She

was most recently the president and

chief operating officer of U.S. Gold

Corp (UXG-TSX) and was part of the

team that consolidated several

companies in the Cortez Trend.

Hans Rasmussen is another new

director. He is a geologist and

geophysicist and previously worked for

Newmont in the late 80’s on Carlin

type gold deposits in Nevada. He also

worked for another of the majors as

well as several junior companies in

Nevada, Argentina and Chile and is

currently president of another junior.

Allan Williams has been president and

chief executive officer of Maestro

Ventures since 2005. He has over 20

years experience working with public

companies and has been the director of

various resource companies including

Palladon Ventures Ltd and First Factor

Developments Inc., which trade on the

TSX Venture.

Ronnie Doman has been the chief

financial officer of Maestro since

January 2008. He is a chartered

accountant and has worked with

companies including Chemainus Forest

Products Ltd. and Chambers, Phillips &

Co. Chartered Accountants. He is a

specialist in accounting and tax

planning for small to medium sized

businesses and audits of public

companies.

At this time, there is nothing tangible to

evaluate. This is simply a speculation

that a newly-formed management

group is working toward something

that could add value for shareholders.

From the current price, there doesn’t

seem to be a lot of downside.
