Looks like the markets aren't to happpy with the news, down this morning. I don't understand why, I thought it was great news, showing the we are moving ahead when times are hard, also building up resources so they can't or it will be alot harder to take us over. Markets just don't make sense these days, or maybe they do but I'm just out of the loop as they say.
