Thanks B&C, although I'm a bit unclear as to why it is not competition when POET is not making their own transceivers....although I certainly do understand the superior OE being critical.

Are you saying that Scintil is a transceiver manufacturer and POET is not and therefore they are not in competition?

Wouldn't Scintil have to have an OE inside their transceiver?
