What an excellent post.  I have absolutely zero doubt that the power elites, Davos type, are already using AI in every way to advantage the forwarding of their purposes, and one of the real concerns, if there aren't very firm rules against such manipulation of the public, is the absolute collapse of trust by the people toward their governments.  Already we see the distrust of the general populations growing, and this won't end well.  AI is one of those extremely powerful tools that must be reigned in.
