Or perhaps it explains the trillions missing from government/military budgets, the underground 'cities' and network of tunnels that the American people (and even much of the military) are never privy to (other nations like Russia and China have them but not the USA? Nonsense), and the greedy grab for Hitler's German scientists even if they were war criminals after WW2.  
We have been observing skies, looking for life out there, finding nada, but suddenly ufos with amazing tech shows up here, and it's aliens.   I don't believe it for a second.  
Someone has been developing this out of sight using our money, and they haven't been sharing. I don't think they will either if the alien story can be used to manipulate us like the myth of man made global warming disaster has been used.   It's will be a psy-op for controlling the people.  

Our governments have become extremely corrupt, and they sure aren't answering to we the people anymore. When they talk, I assume it's a lie, and their fake mainstream media will parrot everything the gov wants them to say.
