There are the usual complaints about the lack of marketing to potential investors, but I feel there have been plenty of announcements and 'talk' to let that world know what Poet has. However, managements' personal actions (selling) and lack of buying perhaps have spoken the loudest of all. Why would an institution want to buy in earlier than needed?
In the meantime, to complicate things, recession looms, and the world inches closer to another world war, which will further destroy the supply chain and impoverish every one. Perhaps management sees things are not yet ready to be confident with their own money? Or knows all too well what the geopolitical storm winds might bring? If/When I see management buying in with their own personal funds, I will feel more hopeful that finally the timing is right for this stock price to rise. I sure hope that is soon. In the meantime, as always, actions speak louder than words.
