Message: Trying to outrun the bear or drawing a cat trying to represent a tiger? Could it happen for Super Photonics?

Mark Mobius, American born but now a German citizen, is one Billionaire who seems to have run into a big problem getting his money that he invested in China out of China.  This can occur with any investment in a foreign country, especially if there are political and sociological disparities between your own country and that of the country where your investment resides.

  I am not inferring that the same could happen with the investment of POET in Super Photonics, especially since the Chinese have put in a great deal of the money for Super Photonics into the pot, but Mr. Mobius (Herr Mobius) experience is still a cautionary lesson to keep under consideration.  See the article linked below from Business Insider:
