Message: Random Thoughts on PTK and stock performance

ZimZim, All of my comments/thoughts/responses etc are my own and nothing more than that.

Having said that, this whole situation stinks and to me this walk down looks very well coordinated. I have zero information that categorically prove what I think is happening. My belief is somebody's nose is out of joint as a result of something that happened at some level within the moving pieces within the story.I know I am being vague but these things do happen.

There are just too many positive developments going unrewarded which is not normal.

Initially upon NASDAQ listing, how is it that the stock rallied so aggressively and as quickly as it began it stopped and it has been an steady drop for over 6 months, again not normal. There was/is somebody driving that performance.

Stock price movement seldom is a result of just corporate news in itself good or bad, it is a compilation of people making choices after having digested any news they see.

Yes we all know there is a certain amount of trading related to software trading algorithyms etc however as a rule, it is People who move stock prices.

Publically listed companies usually have some kind of sponsorship whether its obvious, as in a firm who underwrites a financing etc which usually will offer some form of support in the marketplace via research and/or just speaking positively of them within their Investment clients circles.

Another avenue would be a well timed and coordinated form of stock promotion. I am not referencing stinky type stock promotion of which there are far too many but legitimate avenues to get the stock performing in a more positive fashion.

When the stock prices turns and pivots higher, I have my doubts it will do it just because suddenly everyone who has sold the stock will turn around and buy it all over again. Or maybe that is exactly what will happen and then the mystery will be solved.

To me this is not small players doing this and only they know the mechanics of it all. For me I have seen this movie before. Stock manipulation is real. Motivations are varied but for sure it part of the investing world.

Respectfully
