Looks like Fujian Province in China, where Xiamen is located (Super Photonics is in Xiamen), has multiple electricity generation sources including Hydroelectric, Wind, Solar, Natural Gas fired and Coal fired generation.  Perhaps Fujian has some insulation from the energy defeciency problems of other provinces being more directly affected by the drought such as in Sichuan and in Chongqing where factories are being shut down or their hours severely limited and where electricity generation is less diverse with a large portion due to now compromised hydroelectric generation during the current drought.
