US Senate passes $280B bill, with $52B of that earmarked specifically for semi industry investment in the US. No coincidence the Nasdaq rallied today, and perhaps a mini rally to come for the tech sector as a result. In the meantime, sucks to be POET who always seem to be on the outside looking in. :(
