JQW plc that listed on the UK AIM market.
They delisted from the market leaving the shareholders high and dry.
At the time of delisting they had 45 million pounds of cash and it seems they were making that much money they decided they did not need a stock market listing.

As far as I can tell they have grown into a very successful company.
The shares I bought at 10 pence would probably be worth closer to 10 pounds sterling by now if they had remained on the UK stock market.    All attempts to contact them have been ignored and it seems that is not a lot that shareholders can do about it.
