For those of you following the LWLG saga, a fairly unflattering evaluation of the company's near-term prospects on SeekingAlpha

I will admit to having some similar thoughts myself, considering LWLG is (developmentally) where POET was a couple of years ago....Maybe they will succeed and I wish them well, but they definitely have some work ahead of them. IMO If we're talking about companies looking for buyouts, LWLG fits the bill.
