Options awarded to Directors and Management are only valid for a period of up to 1 year afer they leave the company. According to SEDI, Rajan Rajgopal ceased being an insider on Nov 8 2019, so all of his options will have expired on or about Nov 7 2020.

So, something I happended to note while researching the above. According to SEDI, the following former employees are still listed as Insiders, therefore one would presume their options could still be valid. I'm guessing the only way they could still be considered insiders is if they stayed on as a "consultants", but may be mistaken.

Of course, the other possibility is its simply an administrative oversight by the company or SEDI that they are still listed as insiders...
Speaking of Rich Z, hired as VP Strategic Marketing and Product Management in 2018. Does anyone know whatever happended to him? Does he still work for the company? Perhaps in a super secret subterrainian research centre working with our NA-T1, or in a cave somewhere, or simply quietly left the company .... :)
