Dear FJ - thanks very much for your response to my POET-Cisco-related question. Loved your "speed agnostic" point about our OI!  All great points and I totally agree that a too-early takeover by Cisco or any other entity is not to be desired.  Makes me wonder if we need a more clear and substantive "poison pill"?

Also want to acknowledge comments related to my post by Rogue, Tombot, Rick, and Tpower.  This kind of constructive response and dialogue is what make this forum very unusual and special.  So I thank you all for that.
