If you are looking for a platform that shows premarket and after hour info, I suggest trying the "webull" app.

It's one of those "commission free" trading apps for the US. However, change the display to show candlesticks. 

I use the app just to view stock info on the fly and I do not pay for it. I'm located in Vancouver BC.

*Note*  15 min delay on TSX stocks and the price on your watchlist screen for PTK glitches pretty bad.
