LOL ITTR, you beat me to it.  Though it would be far easier to list all of the countries on earth without some sort of universal (read Socialist) healthcare system: Afghanistan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Suriname, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, 18 or so countries in Africa, and of course the United States of America.  Excellent company MRI, you're #1 (on that list)!

MRI, all of the grief and discord that has befallen your country over the past 4 years has come under the watch of one person and one person alone; surely you must see a connection.  You ask what will happen if the "dems" get in?  Nothing really, except of course the sense of relief and calm that comes with a new administration's desire to be conciliatory, inclusive, and actually care about all of its citizens.  Personally, I believe a sufficient majority of your electorate are completely sick and tired of the divisiveness, bullying and fear-mongering, and are longing for a return to normalcy.  Not long now.
