Relative to the Tier 1, how many months is the Tier 1 into the final qualification (or whatever the proper name is) phase (which we were told typically takes six to nine months, but sometimes longer), and how many more months is it anticipated to take until the time when the Tier 1 will be in a position to say "the IO passed muster and we're going to use it," or "sorry, we've decided not to use your tech."
