This was posted on the POET Technologies Facebook Page, and I think it's worth posting here.

A 40% income tax credit for semiconductor equipment seems like quite the incentive. The Bill was lobbied by the Semiconductor Industry Association to help curtail America's reliance on Asian chip manufacturing.
