I would assume the secondary interest in buying Denselight would have to be our Tier One partner, or someone connected to them. 

If this is in fact happening as they are still negotiating, ot would have to done quickly, by the end of this month, luckily it's a leap year and have an extra day to negotiate.

I am hoping for a halt, deal & news on this, with names!
