Very interesting ITTR. The value of projects have increased and have changed from NRE funded projects (under POET) to a higher value of New Product Development.

It has been discussed by POET that POET would continue to use DL as a source for active elements associated with the OI platform which may or may not require NRE payments from POET to DL to cover development costs.

Not enough info to make a conclusion but it is interesting to consider the source of that money for New Product Development.
