Which raises the question: 

What constitutes "off-topic" in the Agoracom context? is it only the discussion of the industry at large, POET's competition, conjecture about employees and their ties to others of importance, etc. (in other words, still on-topic about the broader realm of our investment, but still highly related to it)...or, is it basically anything and everything under the sun?
