Here is an example for you of McWitty not expressing an alternative view but flat out calling me a liar. Do you think that is OK Jack? And it is not the first time. People expressed an alternative view in that thread and that was perfectly fine. Look it up review it and then try and come to the same conclusion you just stated Jack. The majority of people here are very level headed with focussed due diligence. And Jack you should not be throwing stones with your record of past daytrading flip flop posts.

I don't know how it can be stated anymore clearly than this?
A management information circular pertaining to the matters to be acted upon at the Meeting will be provided to shareholders of record as of the Record Date
Are people thinking that there will be a second information circular to name the company and provide details.
Keep in mind that POET wants to share the whole story as soon as they are allowed. If they could not do so why would they not just give notice based on the mandatory window.
And as I recall we were told at the debenture meetings that the name of the buyer and conditions would be provided in the information circular.
