I guess there will be no refund. "force majeure"... Difficult to keep calm - preventing a peptic ulcer.

But whatever they will do: They soon will be replaced by robotaxis.

Until then: A lot of further boycotts, so you'd better take the train next time (well, until SNCF is en gréve. Happens all the time, hahaha)!
