Ya, not sure if Europe is that cavalier, certainly they understand the implications of going ahead, if only because the USA keeps telling them.

Now, whether the USA is merely protecting it's own interests (ie. chip manufacturers) or truely believes that the Chinese will be able to see all their communications is unknown.

Clearly, the USA has been back-dooring most of the tech here in N. America for sometime now, so it's rather hypocritical of them to suggest caution when dealing with the Chinese, but if they really did find a backdoor on the Huawei equipment, and POET has any dealings with Huawei, it is not a good thing for us...
