Additional note to my last post. I don't mind if the people building this company get a piece of the action. In fact, I prefer them to have skin in the game.  We would have gotten diluted with a partnership, and or we were vulnerable to a very low take out bid, imo. Hopefully the way they have this structured solves those problems. One thing about dilution, it makes it more difficult to do a take over, at super cheap prices anyway. Dilution was a fact of life with this one. Whatever happened to Malus pumila? He/she went away about the same time the Apple rumors died.
