The reverse costing contract was awarded to an Indian firm FTD Infocom  on Oct 10th, approximately 1 month after closing, a fairly quick turnaround.  Despite having been awarded over 2 weeks ago, it’s still listed as “under evaluation”, seems ISRO can be slow to update their website.

In addition to their reverse costing analysis services, FTD Infocom provides MEMS Services - Integrated photonics and virtual prototyping.  Curious as to what they are being contracted to work on.
