I also liked #3 the most, but something about #1 grew on me recently. The tilt of the rectangle behind the lettering was also intended to simulate the odd crystalline plane POET must deal with in GaAs.

I'll take a look at the video later - off to a social engagement. But I won't be putting any more work into these unless POET decides to reconsider my proposal if they are dissatisfied with the designer they went with.
