Material Specifications

TITLE: Epi Reasy 150 mm GaAs wafer for the development of POE Technology

 

Purpose: The specification defines the wafer parameters of Epi-Reasy 150 mm GaAs wafers to be used for in house Technology development for the device based Planer Optoelectonics Technology.  These wafers will be used for fabrication of discrete devices based on POE technology.
