Extremely disturbing.  The fact that lawyers, independent auditors, security exchange regulators, banks, brokers and even the Chinese CEO’s in charge of these bogus companies are not accountable with clear cases of fraud is deeply troubling. 

We are all exposed to this one way or another, and the consequences are dire.  The fact that so much of that dirty money has been used to inflate real estate in Canada is also infuriating.  And it’s been allowed to happen so easily.
