Premarket: Applied Optoelectronics (NASDAQ:AAOI) +4.5%, NeoPhotonics (NYSE:NPTN) +6.8%, Finisar (NYSE:FN) +2.3%, Inphi (NYSE:IPHI) +2.75%. Acacia (NASDAQ:ACIA) and Viavi Solutions (NASDAQ:VIAV) are both indicated higher.
