The Company paid or accrued $28,313 in fees for the three months ended
March 31, 2017 (Q1 2016 -
$27,337) to a law firm, of which a director is counsel, for legal
services rendered to the Company. During
the period ended March 31, 2017, the Company paid the final
installment of $25,000 on a total of
$150,000 of consulting fees to a director which were charged against
the financing concluded on
November 2, 2016.
