TWG, yes I suppose I could have had/should have posted it on main board. I struggle with what is worthy of comment and what is not. There are some bright people who I enjoy reading and then there are those who I am less thrilled with but accept that it is a public and open forum and have the same right to post as I do, I just don't want to become one of the ones who fill it with noise for whatever reason. I know I enjoy seeing my post show up and understand that part so its not like I don't get why people post.

What time I do spend on the board in general, is usually trying to educate myself from a technology perspective as that clearly is where my weakness lies in this investment. It is not easy grasping the scope of this whole technology and its best I be thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt. I come from the stock side of things and am more comfortable talking share structure, stock distribution, marketing of story, market making ,financing etc.

Initially and over additional time I was fascinated/impressed by how the stock was able to be so liquid yet maintain market cap stability somewhat through lengthy periods. That is not an easy task and in $ terms takes substantial staying power and contact base.Yet it always found a way to regain strength when weakness hit. Now I am flabergasted at the loss of over $150M in market cap. I cannot honestly say I can correlate it to any news that has been made public that I have seen. Normally if I would pull up a chart of a company and see what I see in PTK chart it would be easy to go back in time and read a news item or filing that would allow me to have an ahaha moment and therefore declare it made sense in retrospect. With PTK I just can't get a firm handle on why things are playing out the way they are.

My best guess is that the stock structure has become much more difficult to handle for those who may be involved in that part. I have always felt that stock price matters and structure and shareholder makeup certainly matters.

Anyway Thanks for touching base.
