I am one of the lets say late to the story investors, compared to many of the longer more informed/engaged players in this puzzle called Poet. I say puzzle because it has many pieces to get the actual final picture of what is being assembled. It seems as it turns out there are missing pieces yet to be put in their place and like any puzzle it can be frustrating to get it completed.
As I watch this story unfold I have this feeling that the majority of people who visit this chat board for the most part seem to be bullish about the company historically and for the most part are informed, grounded and logical and of course legitimately hurt by the disasterous share performance recently and there is no way that it should be called anything other than that, as it is a fact (in the moment) and hard to identify the share performance-wise any other way. I am not referring to the company.
Any look at a chart accompanied by recent to near term news flow would take quite the astute investor to have predicted this would be where we are on this date.
Which brings me to ask the following. Would it be fair to say that most people involved as shareholders who post and follow this board in particular would have felt, up until recently, that they were somewhat connected/comforted by people who appeared to have access to the decision makers at the company and that maybe now that access group has lost the entry code to that access to information safety net and therefore has allowed fear to become the dominant belief in their thinking?
Just seems that to me anyway that with new management etc that different groups involved may know more that lets say the old guard around here. Just wondering.
