Options Question

I wonder if after the new financing is done and closed if a new series of options will be set? Is the availability to issue more options based on shares outstanding? Of course it will have increased substantially once this financing is finished.

Additionally is it possible they may re-price some of the earlier ones that will be much further out of the money now. Just wondering.
