Thanks Trini49, very much for additional info. I am just trying to get my head around the whole financing issue and who got what and how.


Seems odd but then again most everything lately has been quite odd so I don't know why it would surprise me.

With only 10% going to Canadian investors I guess its a select group, I'll call them the lucky ones who will be sitting pretty going forward.

I must say I have seldom seen such share value destruction in all my many years of investing but it did happen and that is a fact and the damage done (whether intended or not) is our new reality.
