Trini, that whole warant issue is not something I can undersatnd but I believe you.

I am more of a market type guy and my belief, now that we have digested what has transpired over the last few days, remains the same and that is that a group or groups of some sort have had a hand in the share price decline of the the company. I only say this as an opinion as I do not know anything concrete and want to be clear about that but I do know it didn't just happen by some stock fairy. Thats not the way the market works. Anyway the same forces that brought it down can bring it up and there is zero anybody on any chat board or myself for that matter can do about it.


The company has a long term plan which demands a ton of money to accomplish and they know that and therefore they did this financing out of necessity and expect to need a much bigger one (see $50M shelf) and they decided to go with who they did because possibly they have shown a desire to help out with the next bigger one.

I do like the company quite a lot and especially take great comfort with the management team from a technology point of view. I will watchhow this all playsout but I actually feel better about it all now that the $ is in the bank.
