On the other hand, this is not about the server's vulnerability but rather the vulnerability of the data communication and the client. And since the website is presently only used to disseminate information, there's no real problem at this time. Nevertheless the provider should fix this. Should the company ever use their website for online communication with customers, shareholders, etc. the website must be set up for secure communication.
