This document, and interconnect supplier input to it, is a pre-competitive effort to roadmap Silicon Photonic Board and System-Level Interconnect Technologies for future, USmanufactured Silicon Photonic/Lightwave Systems to be required in high volume for future HPCC and Data Center applications.

Great document about interconnect, pushing the SiPh solutions
