I want to move shares from rrsp to tfsa...do I have to sell, move cash and rebuy in the tfsa or can the shares be moved "in kind" as long as I pay the appropriate tax and fees? just thinking tfsa is a much better place to keep the majority of my position....especially if the rocket boosters kick in.....thx in advance
