pinetree dumping everything including the kitchen sink, just to settle their debenture debt

plus, abt 10MM overhang from options/warrants due in Sept (we're close to 1/3rd of the way thru that already)

just noise and the associated market games that go along with it, imo.

if you've got the powder, consider picking up more while the fire-sale is happening.

mgmt indicated to expect an update around the end of Sept.

(tho perhaps, read "around end of Sept" as "by Halloween. maybe.")
