you are absolutely correct.

there's nothing wrong with it, but I urge you to reconsider; main forum is NOT the place.

OT area is the place.

suggest, for things like this, to make a post in the main forum "please see thread about ___ in OT area", and the thread will continue there.

or, alternatively, Rainer's Facebook Group is (ironicly!) indeed the place.

this really has more to do with Agoracom's lack of proper ("useful") message-threading and topic-organization capabilities than in attempts to censor out anything.

the problem is that great information shared in the main forum area that is about POET gets COMPLETELY lost in pages and pages and pages of "social network" type posts.

and, until Agora comes up with better information-organization tools, we can't do anything to allieviate the clutter.

I can't think of anything to make it better, other than please, please use the OT area more.

it's here for a reason.
