it appears that registered shareholders are the only ones who can vote in person at AGM without faxing beforehand. bring gov't-issue photo ID and your VIF, give it to LaFrance before you go in the room.

for NOBOs (most retail investors are NOBOs) to vote in person at AGM, you MUST fax your VIF before NOON of JUNE 10th (Eastern timezone) to 416-595-9593. Appoint yourself as your proxy.

OBOs, it's the same fax (and deadline!) as above, but appoint the party you wish to proxy your votes.
