Absolutely.  Higher highs and higher lows is what we're seeing.  Looks like a general up trend forming.  

If you look at Plantir technologies chart.  They went from $6 in May 23 to over $40 now.  But the early part of that rise looks exactly like POETs does now. It feels like we've started that steady climb to a more justified SP.
