As long as there is still meat on the bones I don't see him retiring anytime soon.  I understand that he did take advantage of the Dec./Jan. private placement that got him shares at $1.22 and 5 year warrants at $1.52 CAN.  Being CFO while the shares cratered to $1.00 I would expect he has to share some responsibility for that fiasco.
