The biggest welcome mat factor is that this company has been over $10.00 a share on far less TAM and without major partners and customers. Now they show up, and the share price stays tamped down. Some life has been evident, but still...

I imagine a conversation like this:

"So guys, do you expect any major announcements in the next two months?"

"Uh, no, just heads down working on multiple projects that will result in significant announcements well after two months; we have some discretion on the timing."

"Oh, OK, let's talk about how we can work more closely together."
