This optimism is what let's me sleep well. If we didn't have folks like you, FJ, it would be much harder for all of us to make informed decisions with our hard earned monies. I, among many I am sure, are very grateful for your posts. Particularly in times where we start to get a bit freaked/wonky on here:)
