I've been enjoying the commentary here regarding the raise.
I'll offer my thoughts, with a humble understanding that no one really cares what I think, but a playful desire to share as I sip my wine and smoke my cigar:
1. Negotiating these deals takes time. The terms were defined prior to the spike this week.
2. $15M is nothing to get our panties in a wad about. Over $78M was traded in one day. If they needed some extra cash on hand for investments or a few months run rate, they raised a minimal amount so as to create minimal dilution.
3. The sp is going to decrease for a period of time until the next major jump. It's just the way it works until they report increased earnings and a BEAT every quarter. So, as we experience a dip many of us will take advantage of the situation and buy more.
4. Relax. We have $15M more in the bank, we likely have an investor who will help increase the sp, we're better off today than we were 6 months ago, and we'll likely be better off in 6 months than we are today. Who said "think Macro not Micro"? I agree.
