I really don't understand why they couldn't have utilized the ATM to raise this money.  With the millions of shares that traded hands the last several days this would not have been a problem to get a better price without 5 year warrants attached.  They would have been aware ahead of time of the second video that launched us so well the first time.  This smells like a favor to some entity.  If they needed more money they could have done it better than this.
