In March, 2023 POET  announced POET Infinity™, a chiplet-based transmitter platform for 400G, 800G and 1.6T pluggable transceivers and co-packaged optics solutions. Each 400G chiplet uses 100G lanes. Chiplets are concatenated to achieve higher bandwidths. 

The Ininity line has made a huge leap forward only one year later with 200G/lane demonstrated at OFC 2024 in March, 2024.

Avalable: four TX chiplets with 100G lanes for 1.6T. New: two TX chiplets with 200G lanes.
