SPX has exclusive rights to 100/200G engines worldwide and 400G in China terrority. Section 5.2 b ii has some interesting langauge about 400G engines outside of China territory.

5.2 c also says that for 400G outside China, POET needs to buy the engines from SPX.

What is most unclear is how revenue is shared for 800G engines. SPX will be manufacturing these, but how do these engines fit into the JV agreement?

In my opinion, with all this said, the most important collaboration in the next couple years is the Multilane/POET module since that should very clearly provide POET revenue.
